breakfast begins at 7:15 am and sessions begin at
8:15 am on Wednesday, 10/29 and conclude at 3:30 pm on
Thursday 10/30. Pre-conference workshops offered
Tuesday, 10/28 from 8:30-12:00 and 1:30-5:00;

substitute attendee in your place at any time with no penalty

within 5 business days of the conference are subject to a $200
