Dates:
The conference will begin at 8:00 am (registration and
continental breakfast at 7:00 am) on October 9, 2003 and will
adjourn at 3:00 pm on October 10, 2003. Optional pre-conference
workshops are offered on Wednesday, October 8th from 8:00am –
5:00pm.

Cancellations/Substitutions:
You may send a substitute attendee
