Portfolio Decisions with External Assets:
A Case Study |
|

The changing face of
pharmaceutical R&D is demanding a broader view of
portfolio management and portfolio support processes. In
the past it may have been sufficient to focus portfolio
decisions primarily on those assets being actively
managed by the internal R&D group. In the future we may
need to consider alternative development strategies for
these assets, making use of strategic partnerships.
This presentation will
provide highlights of a case study:
-
Expanding the view of
traditional portfolio management
-
Examining various
development strategies
-
Consideration of
specific project-related decisions
