Is
your company ready to implement Open Innovation? Leading
firms make subtle, but important organizational changes
to engage the outside world.
They provide employees with tools, metrics and
management techniques that facilitate collaboration. How
can you assess your organizations readiness to
implement this game changing strategy?
Part
of readiness is developing an efficient partner
selection process. What are the key strategies for
finding and selecting great partners?
What should you look for during the assessment period?
How can you map both firms short and long term
strategies and align expectations? Finally, what are the
metrics for measuring alliance health and overall
performance? If its true that you get what you
measure, the right metrics drive success.
In
this interactive workshop, Gene Slowinski will describe
the Alliance Framework, a rigorous, structured approach
for implementing Open Innovation. This process is used
by many Fortune 1000 firms to guide their Open
Innovation programs.
