Dates: The conference will begin at 8:00 am (registration
and continental breakfast at 7:00 am) on February 27, 2003 and
will adjourn at 3:00 pm on February 28, 2003. Optional
pre-conference workshops are offered on Wednesday, February 26th
from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Conference Fee:
