emerging technology insertion, enterprise architectures, and
open innovation concepts |
Is your
company seeking to accelerate development of
technology-based projects? To reduce the risk of using new
and uncertain technologies – especially those acquired from
external sources?
Emerging
technology-based projects are often set back by cost
overruns, schedule delays and performance problems. In most
of these cases, technology maturity analysis hasn’t been
properly conducted, and immature technologies are inserted
into products and systems. This need not happen!
To make sure
your technology-based products aren’t sidelined by this
mistake, attend Management Roundtable’s exclusive 90-minute
audio-session Assessing Technology Readiness and Maturity
– A Step-by-Step Process, on
March 21, 2007.
Has Patel – who has has over twenty-five years experience in
product management, business development and systems
architecture - will discuss:
-
Current
technology due diligence processes and their pitfalls
-
NASA’s
developed technology maturity matrix, called Technology
Readiness Levels (TRLs),
now widely accepted by the Department of Defense
(DoD)
-
A
technology maturity matrix which extends the TRLs, by
incorporating technology life cycles, such as the
technology hype and technology adoption.
-
A
methodology which allows an organization to select,
insert and integrate emerging technologies throughout
the lifecycle of a project: TechIP (Technology Insertion
Plan)
In addition
to providing you with recommended guidelines and methods,
Has will answer your specific questions.
This session
is recommended for CTOs and managers of technology
development, product development, R&D and project teams. It
will be especially valuable for those working on Open
Innovation projects that require integration of
externally-developed technologies.
This audio
session will be a 90-minute presentation with frequent
opportunities for questions & answers and includes:
Invite your
whole team to join you - the fee is the same as long as you
