Almost all NPD involves external collaboration these days, but rarely does it go without a hitch.  Common stumbling blocks include miscommunication, cultural differences, insufficient resources, unclear roles, misaligned processes, and unrealistic targets - to name just a few.

This unique audio-session brings together four leading practitioner experts representing different industries, company sizes and cultures.  They will tell you the key signs (both good and bad) to watch for in your co-development efforts.  How can you tell if a partner is trustable?  When should you run the other way? How much knowledge should you share? How do you assess partners' capabilities and performance?

In a fast-paced, round-robin Q&A panel, these co-development leaders will share - from their own experience - what works (and what doesn’t).  Then we'll "open the floor" for your questions.

Your questions can be sent in advance or posed real-time. A short review will be done at the end of the call to ensure your questions were answered.   You will receive a written summary of insights within a few days.
