Dealing with the "Incompleteness" of Co-Development Agreements:
Everything You
Wished You Decided
Up-front, But Didn't
|
Live audio-session with
Ben Gomes-Casseres
[BIO]
Professor,
Brandeis University
and author, Mastering Alliance Strategy |
Most co-development agreements or
JDAs spell out financial terms, strategic objectives, and legal
considerations. But once the partnership is underway and you're
immersed in the project, you discover that no agreement can fully
anticipate questions and hurdles that inevitably arise.
This audio-session will provide you with a framework to manage
unforeseen events such as changes in the market and/or technologies,
project uncertainties, difficulty measuring inputs and outputs, and
more.
By participating in this session, you will learn techniques and
strategies to successfully manage the "open-endedness" common to
many partnerships. The session will be a 60-minute presentation with
30 minutes interactive Q&A.
FREE BOOK! The first 20 registrants will receive a
free copy of Ben’s highly regarded new book
Mastering
Alliance Strategy: A Comprehensive Guide to Design, Management, and
Organization, with James Bamford and Michael Robinson (a $45
Value).
Sorry, all of the books from this promotion
are now spoken for.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to bring your own
experiences (and questions) into the discussion and receive
expert feedback. The session will be a 60-minute
presentation with 30 minutes interactive Q&A.
Invite your whole team to join you - the fee is the same
as long as it's on one phone line, just put it on
speakerphone!
